Just a hair above stage level, which is nice. If you're short and worried about tall people in front of you, a few rows back would be good to counteract that.

Plenty of legroom in this theater, which makes this seat a bit distant. But the seats have good height above those in front so a good view.

RENT final season of love tour. April 23, 2023. Awesome show and seats. Great venue. Easy to park and easy to find.

Great view of the full stage. The seat is elevated for that better view of the stage. Extra leg room too.

Great view, front row of mezzanine so no one is obstructing the view in front of me.

Good view, but you see actors from the side. Plus the sound seemed a bit off being so far to the side.
