Good leg room, good sight lines, intimate theater so no bad seats

Tight seat, not very wide and barely any leg room. Elevated with good sight lines.

Okay view, part of the scenery blocks the rear center of the stage at times, good view of all of the action in the house scenes plus you can see the actors before they step out into the scene. Not very comfortable on leg room.
