Drove from Long Island just to see this absolutely flawless musical!

Proctors is a great old theater,this is designed for the best sound acoustics,Always sounds good ...way better than any arena

Right around this row is the sweet spot for Proctors seating. You are still close, and you get the benefit of the seating sloping upwards so you are a little higher than the people in front of you so you don't have to peek between heads as much.

Decent seats. Close to the stage, but you do lose the back right corner of the stage from view. Only downside is heads in your way of people in front of you

Aisle seat with a good view.
