Very pleased with the seats.

Last row, aisle seat. It's a small theater so you have a pretty good view despite being in the last row.

Far right side, but nice close view and didn't miss anything. Also on aisle, ao more room.

Pretty funny how we were seats 9 and 11, but view was great! Bar not in way and not partial at all! Would totally sit here again!

This row shouldn't exist. It's on top of where the orchestra pit would be. It is considered obstructed view because you cannot see the stage floor and you have to crane your head up at 60° for the entire show. If you're short, this isn't the row for you. Photo snapped with camera above head.

Lottery ticket! 1st row, awesome seats for a lottery. The stage is a little bit high but you get to see everything up close. Seats are comfortable and you get a lot of leg room. Small theater in general

Fantastic view for a show like Come From Away, which is centrally-played on the stage. Don’t be worried about the “partial view” label! Also, seats 23 and 21 have much more leg room than seats to the right of them!
