Beautiful theatre but seats are small and close together. If you are a tall person get ready to feel sqished in like a sardine

Literally less than 5 inches of leg room from edge of seat to wall

Sold as partial view, but no obstruction. Leg room was awful - at 5’2” I was cramped.

This is the front row balcony. The view is good, but I would not sit here ever again. No legroom at all! If you are over 5' 2" you will be very, very uncomfortable. Everyone in my row was complaining, feet falling asleep, etc.

Clear view of stage - row elevated about those below - great seats but very little leg room

Small venue. Great view. Beautiful theatre!!

Last row of the balcony. Leg room is non-existent, but view is fine, if a bit far away. Not a bad seat if the price is right.

Only top of curtain obscured, decent depending on price
